Daily Pilates Class & Beach Walks
We start each morning with a walk along the beautiful Legian beach followed by either a pilates, stretch or barre class. My retreat classes use stretch bands, stability balls to enhance the Pilates exercises and challenge all skill levels —from beginners through to intermediates.
The classes are done in the comfort of an air conditioned conference room.
