Pilates Unlimited offer a range of formats tailored to the corporate environment. Your staff will benefit from the body awareness that Pilates promotes and will be able to utilise Pilates principles in their daily office activities. With the key focus being on stabilising the muscle core, better posture and an improved flexibility are the ultimate outcomes from partaking in a regular Pilates class.
 Class structures are fully tailored to the individual workplace to ensure suitable class times and duration, space, staff requirements and that the programs provide benefits to the staff in the type of work that they are involved in.
Standard Casual Price Structure (inc GST)
$104.00 Minimum of 8 participants
$13.50/per person thereafter to a maximum of 15 participants
These prices are based on a 50 minute class duration with the company providing suitable space. Additional fees may apply based on geographic location of company site or if space needs to be arranged.
Discounts may apply for 2nd and subsequent consecutive hours or for regular weekly classes over a set duration.Pilates Unlimited will provide mats and all teaching material. All Pilates Unlimited teachers are covered with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
